Technically not a college student yet — start in the fall — but it feels like a hinge point anyway. High school's fully done. Diploma's in a drawer somewhere. Picked up more hours at the hardware store this summer since there's no classes competing for time. Dave finally made it official-official, actual paycheck, actual schedule, not just "helping out." Funny to think that job started as a way to fund a GPU and is now just... a normal part of my week, GPU fund or not. The Loop's running most nights. Still dumb, like I said in April, but I added logging that tracks which of its own past suggestions actually got used versus discarded, so at least I can look back and get a sense of whether it's trending better or just randomly getting lucky some nights. Too early to tell. Need more data. Which, conveniently, is exactly what it's generating.
