Spent the week testing whether adding a lightweight critique step — the Loop generating a short written objection to its own proposal before I see it — changes anything about proposal quality. It does, a little. Not dramatically. But proposals that survive their own internal objection tend to hold up better under my review too, which suggests something real is happening there, not just noise. Early days. Going to keep an eye on this rather than declare it a breakthrough. Most things that feel like breakthroughs in the first week aren't.
