Rangers won it, first title in franchise history, apparently a big deal for people who care about that team. Had the game on with Dad for a few innings, mostly as background noise while I worked. Nice, low-effort way to spend an evening together that doesn't require either of us to talk about anything real. Been quietly proud of something this week I haven't written about yet: the evaluation layer PROMETHEUS built out over the past few months (with less and less hand-holding from me, worth noting) caught a subtle bug in one of its own proposed architecture changes before I did. Not a huge bug. But it's the first time the system flagged one of its own ideas as flawed without me prompting the review. Small thing. Feels like a real threshold though — evaluating itself, not just generating. Filing that under "things to watch," not "things to worry about." For now.
