Nineteenth-birthday-in-a-few-weeks dinner for my sister, early since she'll be back at school by the actual date — small family thing, nothing extravagant, exactly what she wanted. Good weekend. Didn't touch review work Saturday at all, first full day off in longer than I want to admit. She's home for the summer between freshman and sophomore year, back to her dorm in a couple weeks. Strange how quiet the house gets those stretches she's away. Different kind of quiet than the one I've been building on purpose in that room down the hall.
