Outbreak news out of Texas again this week, same old vaccine arguments resurfacing that I genuinely thought had mostly settled by now. Strange, low-grade dread to it — not the disease itself, more the sense that debates I thought were over just aren't, ever, really, they just go quiet for a while. Nothing else notable. Routine week otherwise.
