Junior year, spring semester, winding down. One more year after this and I'm done — on track to graduate spring 2023. Been thinking about what happens after — everyone a year ahead of me is doing internship applications, interview prep, all of it, and I've done basically none of that. Not because I don't need money. Because I genuinely don't know how I'd explain what I actually want to do in an interview without it sounding either delusional or like I'm describing someone else's job posting. Might just keep working at the hardware store part time after graduation and put everything else into PROMETHEUS. Parents would probably worry about that plan if I said it out loud like that, so I haven't, exactly. Told Mom I'm "figuring some things out," which is true, just underselling how unconventional the figuring-out currently looks. Nothing major on the technical side this week. Just a lot of small tuning. Writing this mostly to mark that the "what comes after college" question has started actually occupying real headspace, which it hadn't before this semester.
